近日，乔根才先生正式出任北京千禧大酒店总经理，全面主持酒店整体运营及管理工作。
乔根才先生毕业于澳大利亚格里菲斯大学，曾先后在洲际、凯悦、雅高、香格里拉等多家国际知名酒店集团担任高级管理职务，职业足迹遍及澳大利亚、印度尼西亚、中国内地及香港等多个城市与地区。在其酒店职业生涯中，他凭借坚定的国际视野、扎实的专业素养与高度的工作热忱，展现出卓越的领导力与运营能力，带领团队取得了诸多突出成绩。

Mr. Johnny Kiu has recently been appointed as the General Manager of Grand Millennium Beijing, where he will take full charge of the hotel's overall operations and management.
A graduate of Griffith University in Australia, Mr. Kiu brings extensive senior management experience from several world-renowned hotel groups, including InterContinental, Hyatt, Accor and Shangri-La. His career has taken him across multiple cities and regions in Australia, Indonesia, Mainland China and Hong Kong. Throughout his journey in the hospitality industry, Mr. Kiu has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and operational expertise, driven by a strong international perspective, profound professional knowledge, and genuine passion. He has led his teams to numerous remarkable achievements.
Outside of work, Mr. Kiu is an enthusiastic sportsman. He believes that sports empower the workplace — not only helping professionals maintain physical and mental well-being but also revitalizing their energy and focus on the job. He brings the same passion for sports into the hotel industry he loves.
