李蕊女士拥有超过20年的国际品牌酒店销售管理工作经验，曾服务于文华东方酒店管理集团、雅高酒店集团及千禧酒店管理集团，积累了深厚的市场销售经验。

自2015年，从北京王府井希尔顿酒店开启希尔顿酒店集团的职业生涯：任职王府井希尔顿酒店销售总监，在此期间,，她以实干实效的行动力、敏锐的市场洞察力和前瞻性、出色的销售管理，不断展现出卓越的领导才能。履新北京康莱德酒店之前，李蕊女士任北京万达文华酒店市场销售总监，带领团队从销售策略、收益管理、市场美誉等多方面不断提升佳绩。

Mrs. Elva Li, appointed as Commercial Director of Conrad Beijing


The Conrad Beijing Hotel is pleased to announce Mrs. Elva Li's appointment for the Commercial Director. She is responsible for the hotel's commercial strategy and business development management.

Mrs. Elva Li has over 20 years of international hotel sales management experience, having worked for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Accor Hotels, and Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and has accumulated rich experience of marketing and sales.

She started her career with Hilton in 2015 as Director of Sales at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. During that time, she has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills with practical and effective sales activity, market insight and foresight, and business management.

Before joining Conrad Beijing, Mrs. Elva Li was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Wanda Mandarin Beijing, where she led the team in improving marketing awareness, sales and revenue management.
